The project name is Legacy Station; this Habitat project will involve construction of 12 new homes for qualified home owners. Turning Point Ministries is leading the way in construction of the first habitat development with fire sprinkled homes. Construction will should start in early February 2010. During the 2009 annual conference, 1700 dollars was raised and donated to Turning Point Ministries to install fire sprinklers in one home. In October the International Association of Arson Investigator of Oklahoma donated 2171 dollars for a habitat home fire sprinkler system. Then again in November, the Edmond Firefighters Association donated 2000 dollars for a habitat home fire sprinkler system.
